If I haven't mentioned this before then I'm saying it now - my mother is the best cook I know. All those delights you see? All made by my mother, at home, with a healing broken ankle and an unstoppable will power.
Chocolate birthday cake, golgappa and daal-chawal-mandiya and so many more. Just wish I could have stayed home longer to dig into the delights from my mother's kitchen.
